Inconsistent length and poor customer service

I love the idea of these pants. Unfortunately the size is inconsistent. The inseam states 30” - I orders Khaki and black both size small. The khakis measure great and fit great. The black only have a 27” inseam at best. I reached out to customer service asking for and exchange. I was told that they were not experiencing any inconsistent issues with these “popular” pants- and if I wanted an exchange I’d have to pay. I even attempted to send pictures that I were told were not going through. When I tried to resend I never received another response. Even when lm I emailed again and asked for a follow up. Customer service from the online help is very poor.

Total comfort

These trousers are everything I was looking for—so incredibly comfortable, yet they still make me feel polished, put together, and chic. They have the perfect balance of style and ease, making them just as great for a day at work as they are for running errands or going out to dinner. The fit is flattering, the fabric feels amazing, and they hold their shape beautifully. I find myself reaching for them again and again. Highly recommend!

The best pants i've ever owned.

They are so comfortable they feel like sweatpants, extremely figure flattering around my mid section and i can dress it up for work but i also wear them around town on errands. I am getting both colors!
